Brass Real Estate Apprenticeship Program (Journey to Escrow)

Brass Real Estate Apprenticeship Program

Brass and Brass has 50 years of experience. That’s a lot of know-how. Over the course of managing our own brokerage, we have seen agents come and go. The one thing that always perplexed us, though, is the lack of knowledge that some of the supposed ‘seasoned’ agents came with. They didn’t understand the concept of ‘building and managing their business like a business’ or of what it took to create a successful real estate practice. Hence, this program.

 HERE’S WHAT THIS IS ABOUT

BREAP is a 12 week program, taught by real estate industry leaders, focusing on business development/management, and other topics within the residential real estate industry. Applicants must either have or be in pursuit of a valid California Bureau of Real Estate License.

No previous real estate experience is required.

Classes are held evenings, from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

This program IS for:

• Individuals who want to learn (the right way) how to build a successful real estate business.

• Individuals who value helping other and contributing to their community just as much (or more) as they value making money.

• Individuals who believe they can have a super successful business, and who are willing to put forth the energy to bring it to fruition.

• Individuals who are willing to commit 100% to their business plan – even if it only involves 2 hours per day. They are willing to MAKE THE COMMITMENT!

Some brokerages lure new agents with promises of easy money. Well, I’m here to tell you that there’s nothing ‘easy’ about it. You actually have to work. With a great deal of intensity at first…It’s like priming the pump. If you’ve ever attempted to get water from a well, you know you have to pump, and pump, and pump at first. But, once the water starts flowing, it continues to flow pretty smoothly. All you have to do is keep the lever down and it keeps rolling in.

We teach you through systematic, no-nonsense, simple strategies how to prime the pump and what to do to keep it flowing smoothly. Our goal is to teach you good, sustainable habits that will make you rich in this business!
